Boldly Dream
Nasser was studying pharmacy at the University of Tehran in Iran but fled as a refugee in 1991. In Canada, he tried to continue his studies in the sciences before pursuing his passion of cars. He graduated with a certificate in used car sales and worked at various dealerships, though his experience left him with the impression that the industry required change. As a result, he started his own dealership in 2001, which has now grown into one of the largest preowned car dealerships in Toronto and has over $20 million in annual sales. He gives back to the community through his “Free Car for People in Need” program, which offers free cars to individuals and families who are not able to find or continue their employment due to not having a car.
